What we do

What we do is science, but not rocket science. We understand people - how they think, behave and live. We build on analytic and transactional data using qualitative insight to build products and services that people will want to use and love. It’s called evidence-based design.  The best user experiences don’t just happen by chance - they’re the result of careful research, data and design planning.

We use behavioural science and transactional data to inform evidence-based experiences. We also use research and design approaches to help you see things through the eyes of the people that your business or organisation interacts with. USER research & TESTING

We don’t assume anything. We have a bunch of research methods in our back pocket that we can use no matter where you are in your project. We can help you take out the guesswork and understand your users better so that you can deliver what they want each and every time they interact with you.

 

SERVICE DESIGN

Using the science of people and data, we look at the service experience end-to-end for every person involved from customers, users and employees too. We’ll use methods to improve experiences for everyone, as well as identifying efficiency opportunities to drive down costs.

EVALUATIONS

You might have a hunch that something isn’t quite right or you might want to increase customer satisfaction or get more sales. We’d start with getting a baseline of your business data and go get the evidence of what’s working - and what’s not - and give you recommendations on what to fix first for the biggest impact.

UX STRATEGY

Many major brands today are using user experience as a core differentiator. In some commoditised and price-competitive markets, user experience is the only viable differentiator.  We can help your business create an outside-in culture from strategy to execution.

For one of the leading UK online property services by assessing the user on-boarding experience. We identified improvements and gave users more control and clarity of marketing emails. So not only did we increase the marketing opt-ins but we also delivered an 8% uplift in user registrations too.
