I’m Abi Turner, Director of All About Users. I’ve been in the user-centred design space for over 20 years, so you’re in safe hands. I left the corporate world in 2018 to scratch an itch to see if I could create my own user-centred consultancy.

I’ve got some amazing people and contractors that I have successfully worked with over the years to support projects so we can scale up and scale down research and design support to meet your needs.

Plain speaking

We’re not your usual consultancy. We say it as it is. Our job is to help you see your product or service through the eyes of your users. What you can be sure of, is that we will always back it up with evidence in a simple, clear and actionable way and we’ll be super nice about it. If you’re lucky, we might bring cake.

Human first

We love people. People are perfectly imperfect. That’s why we put inclusive research and design into our thinking from the get-go so that products and services can be accessed by all. It’s the right thing to do, it’s what makes us human. Plus it makes business sense.

Think big

We’re a small consultancy and yes, we’d like to play with the big boys one day. We’re not quite there yet but that doesn’t stop us. For every project we take on, we’re super curious to understand the bigger picture and the problem we’re trying to solve. That way, we have an impact to your business and you come back for more.
